The latest announcement is out from Vizsla Silver ( (TSE:VZLA) ).

On June 16, 2026, Vizsla Silver announced it has awarded an equipment supply agreement to mining-technology specialist FLSmidth for major process plant equipment at its Panuco silver-gold project in Sinaloa, Mexico. The deal initially proceeds under a limited notice to proceed for early engineering and procurement, covering crushing, grinding, thickening, Merrill Crowe and refining circuits designed for a 3,300 tpd start-up and expansion to 4,000 tpd.

The contract is structured to allow future plant modifications, including integrating the Napoleon mine in Year 4 with minimal downtime, aligning with the project’s phased growth plan. By locking in a technically robust, lifecycle-supported equipment package that fits within feasibility-stage capital budgets, Vizsla marks a key de-risking milestone for Panuco’s development and reinforces its ambition to become a leading silver producer in Mexico.
