Today announced that it has priced a private placement offering of $150 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2031 which bear interest at 6.875% per annum. The Notes represent WELL's inaugural offering of senior unsecured notes and will be issued at par under a trust indenture. WELL Health Technologies Corp. shares T.WELL are trading unchanged at $4.41.
