Send us photos of your children's Santa letters before you send them on their merry way to the North Pole this year.Getty Images

When the Canada Post strike interrupted letters to Santa last holiday season, The Globe’s North Pole bureau stepped in to help ensure children’s wish lists made it to Santa before Christmas – and that Kris Kringle wrote back.

The Santa letters from kids across Canada ranged from heartfelt to hilarious, and were oftentimes both. Whether naughty or nice, each child’s letter was a delight to read and share in a special Christmas Eve story.

So this year, even though service to the North Pole is back to normal, we’re asking Globe readers to share pictures of your children’s letters to Santa with us once again.

Is your child asking Saint Nick for something truly peculiar this year? Does their wish list tell a story about growing up in your corner of Canada? Or is their correspondence just plain adorable? No matter their reasons this season, share your kids’ letters with us before sending them on their merry way to the North Pole.

Please e-mail us close-up photos of your children’s letters – along with their first and last names, ages and where your family lives – at northpolebureau@globeandmail.com.

If selected, the letters will be used in a holiday feature story published in the newspaper and online the week before Christmas. By e-mailing us your photos, you consent to their publication – along with your children’s names and ages – in The Globe.

So before you put the letters in the mail, ho-ho-hold on and take a photo to send to our North Pole bureau before Friday, Dec. 12. Our holiday workshop is buzzing with excitement to read them.
