When you're into competitive hosting, it's all about presentation, presentation, presentation. We used a desktop photo tree from Umbra ($26.50 through www.umbra.com) to create this strawberry centrepiece for a dessert table.
When choosing the fruit, make sure strawberries are of similar dimensions, and not too heavy for the metal clips. Dip them in melted chocolate - try dark and white - and hang them by their leafy tops. It looks too pretty to eat? Score!
