@dyannaidris: How do I get my little ones to love veggie one pots?

Jamie Oliver: Kids are naturally drawn to sweet foods, so use the natural sweetness in veg to your advantage. Slow cooking carrots, squash and onions will help draw out their sweet flavour. If kids reject meals with chunks of vegetables, like veggie chilies or stews, for example, try liquifying the dish, and chances are they'll love it. Involve them with the shopping and prep as much as possible, getting them to taste, touch and smell veg in both their raw and cooked states. As a weathered father of four, I've realized there's no golden bullet here, so all we can do is be patient and help them see how exciting food can be.
