@ohnoelia: What are the top five spices everyone should have?
Jamie Oliver: Off the top of my head I'd go for my best friend chili (of course), fennel seeds, coriander seeds, turmeric – which is good for your health and adds great colour – and probably Szechuan pepper. Used subtly, I love the way it can give food a numbing sort of heat and I'm using it more and more these days.
