The name derives from the three types of cask in which this Lowland Scotch was matured: formerly containing bourbon, oloroso sherry and pedro ximenez sherry. I love the way it alternates between sweet, honeyed caramel and big spice as it's carried on a thick carpet of smoky peat. The B.C. price is $79.99 at B.C. Liquor Stores.
