One of the most familiar labels in the vinho verde firmament has a new package design – the label is cleaner and the bottle is a lighter green. This also is one of the few Portuguese wines to carry a screw cap – a renegade move in a country that dominates cork production. The wine is crisp and refreshing, and good for the money, with a very light spritz and flavours of citrus and green apple.
