I know a cat named Ciu Ciu, an unspayed bundle of wickedness and affection that likes to flash her tush when you pet her too long. Like Ciu Ciu the cat, this wine would love to get close to some oily fish for dinner. Pecorino is an underappreciated Italian variety with a soft but seductive perfume. Here that aroma is sweet, floral and elegant, like something from the Gucci counter. On the palate the wine is light-medium-bodied, round and lemony, with overtones herbs and blossoms. And there's a lively minerally tingle on the finish. Available in Ontario.
