Very fine rendition of the Marche region's signature white grape, verdicchio, best known for those fish-shaped bottles. This comes in a standard Burgundy-style bottle but you might want to keep it handy when fish is on the menu. Medium-bodied and crisp, with bright lemon and clementine fruit, it teases out the grape's wonderful minerally side with a flinty gunmetal essence; $18.80 in Quebec, $19.29 in Newfoundland.
