Crisp, lean, savoury cabernet franc from the Chinon appellation in the Loire Valley. Light-medium-bodied, with a dusty tannic backbone, it shows tart berry fruit laced with tobacco, black tea and bell pepper. Good red option for the fish course. Available in Ontario.
