Light and crisp, but it's Muscadet, after all. Delicate and almost spritzy in a vinho verde sort of way, with lemony citrus fruit, a whisper of fennel and bracing saline tang. Competent stuff from 40- to 70-year-old vines. Good white for oysters. Available in Ontario.
