Brut nature is the term describing sparkling wines with no added sweetness (most bubblies are spiked with a dose of sugar prior to bottling to balance out the base wine's naturally high acidity). I love so-called zero-dosage wines, and this one's a monster bargain. Light, chalky and vigorously effervescent, it comes across with pure green apple, a light bready note and a tingle of minerality.
