A white Côtes du Rhône blended from grenache, clairette and bourboulenc, this was recently launched as a permanent listing in Ontario. Medium-bodied and delicately fruity, it shows notes of pear and green apple underpinning a whiff of flowers. The satisfying finish is crisp and slightly bitter.
