Plum and blackberry mingle with vanilla and lots of toasty oak, gaining interest from an earthy, tobacco-like quality. The fine 2010 growing season yielded ripe fruit, but the wine is very dry, with solid tannic grip. Try it with steak. Available in Ontario.
