Out with the babe? Just roll with it and work your legs and core at the same time – the little guy won’t even mind

1. Lightly hold the stroller’s handlebars. Don’t hunch forward. Keep your chest out and back flat. 2. Take a big step forward with your right leg, then bend both knees toward the ground. Make sure your right heel stays on the ground and your knee doesn’t pass your toes. Then use your right bum muscle to stand up. Switch legs and repeat.
