Start by engaging your right bum muscle to stabilize yourself as you lift your left leg off the floor – don’t let that foot touch the ground. Try to balance evenly on your right foot; don’t let it roll to either side. 1. Without letting your right knee cave in or out, tap your left foot forward. 2. Then, lift your left leg up again and tap your toes out to the left. 3. Then, lift your left leg up and back and tap your toes behind you.
