Question: I love healthy salads for my lunch, but in the winter I need something to warm me through that is just as healthy. I'm bored of eating soup. Any suggestions?– @escresswell

Answer: Salads can and should be enjoyed all year round – the leaves change with the seasons, so you can make beautiful salads with shredded cabbages and kales, Asian leaves and sprouts, all of which grow in the colder months. For a warming element, try adding toasted nuts, or roasted squash, pumpkin, carrots or Jerusalem artichokes.
