Dry January doesn’t need to be dull and since we’re practically starting January on a weekend, a brunch mocktail can helpkick off a month of being ‘soberish.’
Instead of going for your standard mimosa, why not add some heat to it? This is a fun and playful mocktail mashup between a margarita and a mimosa that punches up the standard OJ and non-alcoholic bubbly recipe.
HP Agave is a Canadian non-alcoholic spirits brand and their zero-proof tequila is one of the best. Top it off with a premium non-alcoholic sparkling wine like Oddbird Blanc de Blanc, and you might not even miss the alcohol.
*Tip: keep your glass and your zero-proof tequila chilled, which helps to minimize dilution in the shaker and final drink.*
