The Love Jones in-room menu at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas features lingerie, hosiery and 'sensual trinkets.'
In the room
What happens in Vegas supposedly stays in Vegas. So guests at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas may prefer to keep mum about any orders they place through the hotel's new Love Jones in-room menu. Featuring lingerie, hosiery and "sensual trinkets," the delivery service is available around the clock. Among the offerings are peek-a-boo bras, $48; aphrodisiac-inspired bath milk, $16; feather spankers, $28; rabbit fur handcuffs, $36; and a "sexiest scenario kit" ($295).
On the move
It's 10 p.m., do you know where your business travellers are? British travel management company TMC has unveiled an online "Traveller Tracking" feature that allows companies to pinpoint the location of travelling employees 24/7. Using cloud technology, the software follows workers at all times, including their real-time position when flying. TMC says the knowledge makes it easier to plan around travel disruptions and to alter itineraries. Other promised benefits are improved productivity and better workforce management.
In the air
Kids are privileged travellers on Brazil's TAM airline. Under a new Comandante Kid program, children under 12 – with parental permission – receive badges authorizing them to help the crew. Duties can include welcoming passengers on the PA system and distributing candies before takeoff. They can also visit the cockpit once the plane lands. TAM also provides a children's magazine and kid-friendly meals.
