A Vancouver teenager has died after jumping from a moving SUV.
The incident happened in West Vancouver on Tuesday night.
West Vancouver Police Sgt. Paul Skelton says the teen was rushed to hospital but could not be saved.
He says investigators are trying to piece together what happened in the vehicle just before the girl leaped.
The SUV was driven by the girl's mother.
Sgt. Skelton is urging any witnesses to come forward.
