An autopsy has ruled out foul play in the death of a woman whose body was found at a cardboard recycling plant in Manitoba.

The woman was found by workers at the BFI facility in the Rural Municipality of Rosser.

RCMP are asking for the public's help in identifying her.

They say she was often seen along the Pembina Highway near Fort Garry over the last two years.

Police have released photos of the woman taken on a business surveillance camera.

It's believed the body was already in the bin when it was picked up in Winnipeg and dumped into a larger truck on its way to the Rosser plant.

Police describe the woman as an "elderly" Caucasian standing five-foot-four and weighing about 135 pounds. She had long salt-and-pepper hair kept in a bun and was wearing multiple layers of clothing.

The employees who found the body are getting counselling.
