On September 9, ABSOLUT Vodka transformed the top level of a parking garage into an offical TIFF hotspot complete with live music, art installations and a continuous stream of guests arriving on golf carts. Special guests included actors Callum Keith Rennie, Polly Shannon and singer-songwriter Fefe Dobson. Text and photos by Laura Serra.
