Rob Ford, Toronto's new mayor, will kick off his ceremonial first council meeting next week with a speech from Don Cherry.
The Hockey Night In Canada personality is scheduled to introduce Mr. Ford in council chambers on Dec. 7, according to an agenda released Thursday afternoon.
