Bigger than Garfunkel and better than Carney, Art Toronto is a four-day blockbuster spread across 200,000 square feet. The contemporary fair boasts panel discussions, lectures and representation from more than 100 galleries from 14 countries. Art nerds are well looked after, but the dogs-playing-poker people shouldn't be intimidated at all, with something of interest in all price ranges. To Oct. 28. $14 to $20. Don't let him be misunderstood. That's all the singer from Newcastle asked for in 1964, and, now, nearly 50 years later, the boom-boom man with the brown-ale voice has carved out a career of unmistakable music, be it British Invasion blues or Aquarius-age funk rock.
