A man is clinging to life after he was severely beaten with a baseball bat Wednesday night.
The man in his 30s was at Queen and Sherbourne Streets around 9:30 p.m. when he was attacked, police said.
He was placed in intensive care at St. Michael's hospital, just a few blocks down the street and is not expected to survive.
Police are scouring nearby Moss Park and the surrounding area for a white male suspect and are appealing to anyone with information to come forward.
