A man has turned up unhurt a day after he was stripped of his clothes, bundled into the back of a car and driven away in Toronto's west end.

The man was found around noon Monday in Toronto police's 12 division, the same area where he was abducted, and has been co-operating with investigators.

He was aware police were searching for him and, as soon as he was able to, he contacted them. Police said the man did not have any injuries that required medical attention.

On Sunday around 3 p.m., the victim was seen fighting with two other men behind a store near Jane Street and Woolner Avenue, where the pair were trying to force him into the trunk of their red, older-model four door car.

After a struggle, he was shoved into the back seat and the car took off, driving eastbound along Woolner Avenue.

Bystanders said they heard the man shouting in Spanish.

When police arrived, they found his clothing scattered on the ground. He'd been wearing a grey hoodie, blue jeans size 34, a white shirt, white Nike running shoes size 9, and a black leather belt.

Police Monday declined to release any further details - such as where the man was found or what prompted the apparent abduction - but confirmed they were still looking for the perpetrators.

Anyone with any knowledge of the incident, is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
