A Toronto man who runs a tutoring business has been charged in the alleged sexual assaults of two teenage girls.

Phong Mai is accused of sexually assaulting the girls, aged 15 and 16 years old, starting in September 2009.

Peel Regional Police said Mr. Mai owns and operates a tutoring business with six separate locations, two in Mississauga, one in Brampton, one in Vaughan and two in Toronto.

They say one of the alleged victims was a student and one was a tutor.

Police are appealing for witnesses and any other possible victims to come forward.

Mr. Mai, 34, who was arrested on Tuesday, is charged with two counts of sexual assault, one count of sexual exploitation and one count of sexual interference.

He was to appear in a Brampton court Wednesday.
