Writer's Trust 25th Anniversary Gala
It was a night of literary stars as many of Canada's most prestigious writers and thought-leaders gathered for the 25th anniversary of the Writer's Trust gala. Held on November 18 at The Carlu, special guests included Writer's Trust founders Margaret Atwood and Graeme Gibson, John Iriving, Margaret Trudeau, and many award-winning authors and journalists. This year's winners included Emma Donaghue for fiction and James FitzGerald for non-fiction. The Writer's Trust of Canada provides various programs to support writers and foster a Canadian literary community.
