In the neighbourhood around Finch Avenue and Bathurst Street, older houses are slowly replaced by newer versions like this custom residence, says agent Lena Preje.
"A lot of new homes in this area are built in the same layout and everything," says Ms. Preje. "This is absolutely different.… It's very European-style."
