THE ACTION
This three-bedroom house on a 36- by 81-foot lot between Yonge Street and Blythwood Ravine Park, had an uphill battle in May winning over buyers who were likely measuring it against at least 15 other properties for sale nearby.
“We competed against homes that had a deeper lot, more bathrooms and bedrooms,” said agent Belinda Lelli.
“The selling feature, among other things for this house, is the vista at the back. It’s unobstructed; no one’s looking in – you don’t back onto another house.

“A lot of properties over $2-million are still languishing, so there are options for buyers, but maybe not as nice as this,” Ms. Lelli said.
