The action

Thirty groups had viewed the property and the listing agent received two offers. The seller had lived in the ground-floor unit for many years and had fully renovated the unit six years ago, but wanted to upsize, listing agent Cheryl Davie said.

“She’s savvy enough to know that gains can be made when moving up in a down market.”

The agent’s take

“The major attraction to this unit is the outstanding ground-floor patio.”
