Martinrea International Inc. says it and Magna International Inc. have settled a lawsuit, including the wrongful dismissal suit brought by Martinrea chief executive officer Fred Jaekel against the auto parts maker. Magna sued Brampton, Ont.-based Martinrea, which was previously known as Royal Laser Tech Corp., and its senior officers over Royal's hiring of Mr. Jaekel and Nick Orlando from Magna unit Cosma International Inc.
