Maude Barlow, national chair of the Council of Canadians
Maude Barlow is the national chairperson of the Council of Canadians, the country's largest citizens' organization, which advocates for social justice through over 70 chapters across the nation. Ms. Barlow also chairs the board of Food and Water Watch, a Washington-based non-profit dedicated to promoting environmentally friendly policies for water and other natural resource management.
Ms. Barlow is also a bestselling author.
