With the 2016 season around the corner, we want to know what you remember from the Toronto Blue Jays' 2015 campaign.
Last October the Blue Jays sent nearly 50,000 elated fans home riding on cloud after their emotional Game 5 win over the Texas Rangers in the American League Division Series.
In a game filled with more twists and turns than a daytime soap opera, the lasting image of the day was Jays slugger Jose Bautista tossing his bat high in the air after the go-ahead, three-run home run in the bottom of the seventh inning.
The win was validation for Blue Jays fans who had waited over two decades to cheer their team on in the postseason.
