The Montreal Alouettes re-signed recently released defensive end Gavin Walls and import tackle Skip Seagraves as well as added veteran quarterback Cody Pickett on Monday.
Walls and Seagraves both return for one year plus an option, while Pickett signed for two years with an option.
Walls, a three-time divisional all-star, was acquired from the Blue Bombers on Feb. 26. He was a CFL all-star in 2005, when he was also named the league's outstanding rookie.
"We are excited about adding Gavin to our mix of pass rushers - we feel he can give us a rotation of relentless pressure," GM Jim Popp said in a release.
Seagraves has started 18 games at tackle since joining the Alouettes in 2006.
Pickett joins the Alouettes after three seasons with the Toronto Argonauts, who released him last month.
He shared the Argos quarterback duties with Kerry Joseph in 2009, starting seven of 18 games and passing for 1,553 yards, three touchdowns and three interceptions.
"We are excited to add Cody to our mix of quarterbacks," Popp said. "He brings playing experience, knowledge of the CFL game, and we think the ability to thrive in our system."
