For whatever reason, the NHL doesn't make injury totals for its teams widely available, but the man-games lost figures do exist.
Individual teams post them on game notes provided to media prior to every game, and it's only a matter of going through those notes and compiling them for every team.

There are obvious limitations to these figures, as they don't quantify who exactly is injured. Sidney Crosby missing a half season for the Pittsburgh Penguins counts the same as a fourth-liner being out for the New York Islanders.
Still, this gives you an idea of which teams have had luck in the injury department and which ones haven't. The Isles and Carolina Hurricanes have to be close to some sort of unofficial record given their numbers.
