Barcelona says striker Thierry Henry has agreed to leave the club by mutual consent.
Barcelona director general Joan Oliver says Monday that midfielder Yaya Toure also has indicated he did not wish to continue at the two-time defending Spanish champion.
After helping Barcelona to a record six major trophies - including the Champions League - in 2009, France striker Henry scored only four goals last season, his third at the club. He had one year left to run on his contract.
Oliver said Toure's future is in his own hands, with interest coming from English side Manchester City, and added that sporting director Txiki Begiristain would be leaving the club, with new president Sandro Rosell set to take over on July 1.
