Twitter Inc. opened at $45 a share, at that trading price the company would be worth about $31.2-billion.
It sold 70 million shares at a strike price of $26, which should have raised about $1.8-billion for the firm. The valuation for shareholders listed below will be at the mercy of the market, and also they will not be able to sell for 180 days.
