Mueller says 'no' to claims his report 'totally exonerated' Trump - The Globe and Mail

Former Special Counsel Robert Mueller told a committee in Washington that his report did not exonerate President Trump over allegations of obstruction of justice. Mueller cited an Office of Legal Counsel ruling that says a sitting president cannot be indicted for why no charges were brought against Trump.
