Calgary Stampede kicks off Friday with parade - The Globe and Mail

Hundreds of thousands of people lined the streets of downtown Calgary for the annual Calgary Stampede parade. Olympic medallists Mikaël Kingsbury and Courtney Sarault were the parade marshals while Calgary-raised actor Andrew Phung was a celebrity judge.
