Carney on alliances with Europe, aid for Ukraine

Prime Minister Mark Carney comments on Canada's deepening ties with European allies and new military aid for Ukraine. Carney is taking part in the European Political Community summit in Yerevan, Armenia. Canada is the only non-European country represented.
