Carney outlines conditions for pipeline through B.C.

Prime Minister Mark Carney says a new pipeline carrying oil from Alberta through B.C. will only happen under certain conditions, including First Nations consultation. Carney made the comments in Vancouver where he met with B.C. Premier David Eby and local business leaders, and he says B.C. must also get its share of economic benefits from a pipeline project.
