When Newmarket Mayor John Taylor appointed a few dozen community positivity ambassadors in the southern Ontario town during the COVID-19 pandemic, he wanted someone at the centre of the effort. Enter longtime customer service supervisor Jamie Boyle, who took on the new role of chief positivity officer with aplomb.
