'We got it wrong': Doug Ford apologizes for tougher COVID-19 police measures - The Globe and Mail

Ontario Premier Doug Ford apologized to the province Thursday, saying his government moved “too fast” in bringing in tougher police measures to slow the third wave of COVID-19. He also vowed to move on a provincial paid sick leave program that he had so far resisted.
