Knowles (KN-N, Monday’s close US$39.40) traded within a decade-long consolidation range of roughly US$12 to US$23 (dashed lines). A breakout was identified at US$23.42 on Dec. 9, 2025, with initial targets of US$26 and US$29. The stock quickly exceeded both, reaching US$42.93 in June – a gain of 83 per cent in six months (A).
After becoming overbought and extended above its 40-week MA, Knowles has since pulled back and appears to be finding support near the 40wMA (B). A sustained move above the declining trend line near US$40 would signal renewed momentum and a resumption of the longer-term uptrend.
Support is near US$31–US$32, around the 40wMA. A sustained break below this level would weaken the outlook.
A decisive move above US$40 would generate Point & Figure targets of US$44 and US$49, with the stock’s large historical trading range suggesting potential for substantially higher targets.
