The investment objective of the Fund is to generate absolute returns of 4 - 6% (net of fees). The primary objective of the Fund is to increase total returns over that of passive bond portfolios, while carefully monitoring interest rate exposure to protect capital. Return is based on the weighted average composite return of separately managed accounts utilizing a similar strategy to April 30, 2013 and linked to the returns of the RP Fixed Income Plus Fund Class A from May 1, 2012.
