Barclays Sticks to Their Sell Rating for APA (APA)

Barclays analyst Betty Jiang maintained a Sell rating on APA on March 13 and set a price target of $28.00. The company’s shares closed last Friday at $34.47.

Jiang covers the Energy sector, focusing on stocks such as Coterra Energy, Chevron, and Devon Energy. According to TipRanks, Jiang has an average return of 5.2% and a 54.55% success rate on recommended stocks.

In addition to Barclays, APA also received a Sell from Goldman Sachs’s Neil Mehta in a report issued on March 11. However, on March 14, TipRanks – OpenAI reiterated a Buy rating on APA (NASDAQ: APA).

Based on APA’s latest earnings release for the quarter ending December 31, the company reported a quarterly revenue of $1.99 billion and a net profit of $279 million. In comparison, last year the company earned a revenue of $2.71 billion and had a net profit of $354 million
