Antero Resources ( (AR) ) just unveiled an announcement.
On June 16, 2026, Antero Resources Corporation established a new commercial paper program that allows it to issue up to $1.65 billion of short-term, unsecured notes in the U.S. commercial paper market, with maturities of up to 397 days. The notes, which have not yet been issued, are expected to fund general corporate purposes such as working capital, capital expenditures, acquisitions and debt repayment, and will be supported by the company’s senior unsecured revolving credit facility, which is intended to provide a full liquidity backstop for the program.
Under the program, one or more commercial paper dealers will purchase or arrange sales of the notes under customary market terms, with a national bank serving as issuing and paying agent. The dealer agreements include standard representations, covenants and indemnities, and the participating financial institutions may also continue to provide broader lending, commercial banking and advisory services to Antero, underscoring the company’s continued access to diversified short-term funding channels.
