Asahi Group Holdings ( (JP:2502) ) has provided an announcement.

Asahi Group Holdings has confirmed a year-end cash dividend of JPY 26 per share for the fiscal year with a record date of December 31, 2025, totaling JPY 38,034 million and payable on March 25, 2026. The payout, slightly below the previous year’s JPY 27 per share, reflects the company’s policy of progressive dividends and a target dividend-on-equity ratio of 4% or higher.

The dividend decision was made despite financial statements for the year ended December 2025 not yet being finalized due to system disruption from a September 2025 cyberattack. Asahi based the distribution on finalized 2024 figures and judged the amount to be safely within the distributable range even after considering the cyberattack’s impact, signaling to investors its intent to maintain stable shareholder returns while managing operational risks.

The most recent analyst rating on (JP:2502) stock is a Hold with a Yen1700.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Asahi Group Holdings stock, see the JP:2502 Stock Forecast page.
